This retreat will be a journey into the depths of our hearts, facing our fears and understanding our greatest potential. It’s only when we dig deep into our souls can we raise higher into the light.

Your experience will be completely your own, and will reflect the power of your personal intention paired with your personal destiny and life experiences. We will work with you to determine and refine your intentions as we move through the weekend, as the weekend will be specifically tailored to individual needs and journeys.

We will:
• Eat healthy foods
• Practice yoga, movement and breathwork
• Dive deep into ancestral medicine work
• Share deeply with one another
• Reset, detox and gain power and purpose in our lives

For this retreat we will work with three different medicines:
• Root Bark—To take us deep into the roots of existence, into the spaces of ancestors, shadow and renewal
• 5-MeO DMT—to catapult us straight into the heavens after rooting into all of existence with the Sacred Wood.
